Immediately Required Experienced SALES cum Factory Manager for Corrugation Factory in Haridwar

Description: We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee the daily operations of our large corrugation and printing factory in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the printing, packaging, and corrugation industry, as well as proven experience in managing a team and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the factory, including production, quality control, and logistics.

Lead and motivate a team of approximately 20 employees.

Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Identify new business opportunities and bring in new orders.

Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the printing, packaging, or corrugation industry.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of the local area and market trends.

Understanding of corrugation costing.
