As a Salesperson at LeadsClub, your primary focus will be on turning leads into qualified appointments through direct engagement with decision-makers. Utilizing precision targeting, smart outreach strategies, and established systems, you will be instrumental in converting contacts into valuable scheduled conversations with a high potential for successful closures. At LeadsClub, we prioritize delivering tangible business opportunities and revenue-ready meetings rather than just raw data. This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata that requires a dedicated and driven individual with a strong sales background. Your responsibilities will encompass identifying potential clients, initiating contact, nurturing relationships, managing sales pipelines, finalizing deals, and surpassing set sales targets. Additionally, you will be tasked with conducting thorough market research, crafting and delivering compelling sales proposals, and diligently updating our CRM system with pertinent client details and sales progress updates. To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record in sales and client relationship management, the ability to conduct effective market research to pinpoint opportunities, proficiency in creating and presenting impactful sales proposals, familiarity with CRM systems and adeptness in managing sales pipelines. Your negotiation and closing abilities should be top-notch, and your capacity to work autonomously and achieve sales goals consistently will be crucial. Prior experience in the industry will be advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
