Salesperson – Jewellery Shop

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements
  • Showcase jewellery items and explain designs, purity, and pricing
  • Assist customers in selecting products and closing sales
  • Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service
  • Handle billing and basic cash/card transactions
  • Ensure proper display and cleanliness of jewellery counters
  • Coordinate with the team for stock handling and daily sales updates

Requirements

  • Must be a graduate
  • Good communication skills
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude
  • Willingness to learn (for freshers)
  • Prior jewellery or retail sales experience is an added advantage
  • Ability to stand for long hours
