You will be joining CloudHire, a leading AI recruitment platform that is revolutionizing the hiring landscape with innovative, data-driven solutions. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your role will involve driving new business opportunities for CloudHire in Hyderabad through outbound sales and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Make a minimum of 110 calls per week to prospective clients. - Achieve a minimum close rate of 25% on qualified leads. - Follow-up on leads generated from various channels and nurture them through the sales funnel. - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. - Conduct effective discovery calls to understand client needs and present CloudHire's value proposition. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies. - Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs and targets. - Maintain accurate records of calls, lead interactions, and sales progress in the CRM. - Provide regular reports on pipeline status, market feedback, and competitive intelligence. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive sales strategy. - Share insights and best practices to continuously improve the sales process. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience in a sales development or similar outbound sales role, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with set KPIs. In this role, you will be offered a base salary of 25,000 per month along with an attractive commission structure leading to an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of 10 - 12 LPA. Additionally, you can expect competitive performance-based incentives and growth opportunities. After 6 months on track, there is a possibility to move to US SAAS sales, with a minimum of 30LPA OTE. The work environment at CloudHire is a hybrid model based in Hyderabad, providing flexibility with a mix of in-office and remote work. Your work schedule will include 6 days a week with a half-day on Saturdays, in a collaborative, high-energy environment where innovation and initiative are celebrated.
