Sales Executive – FMCG (Popcorn Division)

About the Role

Bonaco Pvt. Ltd., a growing FMCG company, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to promote our Popcorn product line across South India. The role requires a strong understanding of FMCG distribution networks and the ability to build sustainable relationships with distributors, retailers, and general trade partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and promotion of Bonaco Popcorn products across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Kerala.
• Develop and manage distributor and retailer networks to ensure effective market coverage.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets as defined by management.
• Conduct market research to track competitor activities and consumer preferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support brand visibility and product placement.
• Ensure regular reporting of sales performance, market insights, and business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Business/Marketing or related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of sales experience in FMCG / Food & Beverages sector.
• Strong knowledge of South Indian markets (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala).
• Based in Bangalore or Chennai with willingness to travel extensively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
