Job description 📢 We're Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive 🕒 Full-Time | Remote Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM PST Aroza Event Center is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. If you're passionate about event planning, excellent with people, and have a strong sales mindset – we want to hear from you! ________________________________________ ✨ Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound leads across multiple platforms: calls, WhatsApp, social media, emails, and texts. • Manage end-to-end customer journeys – from inquiry to event completion. • Build rapport with clients, offer emotional support and solutions, and close deals confidently. • Conduct follow-ups professionally and timely. • Work on lead tracking and CRM tools (Air table or similar platforms). • Set up and manage client venue tours, share packages, and handle objections. • Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns and generate fresh leads. ________________________________________ ✅ Requirements: • Must have 3 to 4 years of experience. • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (spoken and written). • Must have prior experience in sales, hospitality, or event-related roles. • Comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) for marketing content, scripts, and follow-ups. • Able to work independently and take full ownership of sales targets. • Strong interpersonal skills – knows how to sell with confidence and connect emotionally. • Basic knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads is a plus. • Ability to coordinate internally with our operations and event planning team. ________________________________________ 💼 Bonus Skills: • Experience with email marketing tools, lead automation, or retargeting. • Prior work in event centers, hotels, or wedding planning businesses Show more Show less
