Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Rajarhat. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. Daily tasks will include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and meeting sales targets. The Salesperson will also be required to participate in sales meetings, provide feedback to the sales team, and stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Proven track record in sales or relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the retail or wholesale industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
