Aditya Equip LLP is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Assistant to support the sales team in daily operations, customer coordination, and documentation. The role focuses on assisting sales activities, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales orders
• Coordinate with customers regarding product details, pricing, and order status
• Maintain sales records, customer data, and follow-up reports
• Support in invoicing, dispatch coordination, and documentation
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
• Coordinate with service, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth order execution
• Assist in sales follow-ups, reminders, and lead tracking
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Commerce preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support or similar role (industrial/equipment field preferred)
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi; local language is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
• Strong organizational and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
