Salesman

Aditya Infra Equip LLP is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Salesman / Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of construction and infrastructure equipment. The candidate should be capable of generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers in the construction and infrastructure sector
• Promote company products and explain technical features to customers
• Visit sites, contractors, builders, and dealers for sales activities
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Coordinate with service and accounts teams for smooth order execution
• Collect market feedback and report competitor activities
• Ensure timely payment follow-ups from customers

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate (Preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in equipment or industrial sales (Freshers may apply)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of construction / infrastructure equipment preferred
• Ability to travel locally and outside station when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
