Job Title: Salesman – Furniture Showroom

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Salesman to join our furniture showroom in Ludhiana. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their needs, promoting furniture products, and closing sales while ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting furniture as per their needs and budget
• Explain product features, materials, quality, pricing, and warranty details
• Maintain good product knowledge of sofas, beds, dining sets, wardrobes, and other furniture items
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Prepare sales bills and coordinate with billing/cash counter staff
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales service
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and proper product display
• Handle customer complaints politely and report issues to the manager
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams when required

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass (graduate preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in furniture or retail sales (freshers can also apply)
• Good communication skills in Punjabi and Hindi (basic English preferred)
• Pleasant personality with customer-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of billing and computer usage is an advantage
• Honest, punctual, and hardworking

Working Hours

• Full-time
• Weekly off as per showroom policy
