Job Roles of a Salesman : 1. Customer Assistance: Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products. 2. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features, prices, and availability of products. 3. Sales Generation: Persuade customers to buy products, upsell or cross-sell when appropriate. 4. Billing Support: Assist at the billing counter if needed or direct customers to the checkout. 5. Stock Management: Help with displaying products, restocking shelves, and reporting low stock. 6.
