Job Description

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions on Salesforce (Admin, Development, and related modules).
  • Develop and deliver engaging course content, assignments, and assessments.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
  • Guide and mentor learners through real-time use cases and project-based learning.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to ensure successful learning outcomes.

🔹 Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Salesforce Administration and Development.
  • Salesforce Certifications (Admin / Developer / App Builder) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and automation tools.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in corporate or academic training is a plus.
