About the Role

Salesforce Trainer

Youll be responsible for delivering high-quality, hands-on training to individuals or batches, ensuring learners gain deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Training:

Deliver end-to-end training on Salesforce Admin and Development.

Create and maintain training materials, hands-on labs, and real-time project use cases.

Key topics include:

Salesforce Configuration & Customization

Apex Programming, Triggers, and Lightning Components

Integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

Flows, Deployment, and Debugging tools

Cover modules like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Mentor learners, assess performance, support on live projects, and guide certification prep.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Salesforce Administration
• Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL
• Salesforce Configuration & Customization
• Lightning App Builder, Flow Builder
• Integration using REST/SOAP APIs

Experience working with:

• Sales Cloud/ Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and deployment strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for mentoring and training.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, etc.)
• Experience designing training programs or working in an L&D environment.
