Salesforce Tester

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with 4+ years of experience in manual and automation testing to ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations, with a solid foundation in QA best practices and automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements, user stories, and functional specs to design detailed test cases.
• Perform manual testing of Salesforce functionalities such as Cases, Leads, Opportunities, Workflows, and Validation Rules.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression and functional testing using Selenium, Provar, or similar tools.
• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman for REST/SOAP integrations.
• Validate data consistency and integrity within Salesforce and external systems.
• Log, track, and retest bugs using JIRA or equivalent tools.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as part of an Agile team. • Ensure test documentation is maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of QA experience, including at least 12 years testing Salesforce applications.

• Good understanding of Salesforce platform features, especially in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud. • Experience with manual testing and familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or TestNG.

• Proficiency in API testing (Postman, SOAP UI).

• Basic knowledge of SOQL/SOSL queries for test data validation.
