Role & responsibilities

  • Should be strong in Apex, Visual force.
  • Should have extensive experience in integration and Configuration.
  • Should have very good technical problem-solving skills.
  • Should have led small to medium-sized teams.
  • Ability to mentor junior staff.
  • Salesforce.com Developer minimum 2 certifications are mandatory.
  • Experience with data migration from traditional systems to the Salesforce platform using the API and data load techniques.
  • Experience in developing enterprise implementations of complex Salesforce applications, with reports, workflow, working with several Salesforce objects.
  • Prior experience integrating with web services.
  • Experience working with Lightning Web Components and Lightning Experience.
  • Experience with standard/custom object creation, validation rules, flows, process builders etc.
  • Solution oriented thinking and ability to define technical solutions.
  • Strong programming skills.
  • Active in the Salesforce Trailblazer community.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required - Computer Science, MIS or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience as a salesforce developer.
  • Team Management.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • should communicate effectively with clients.
  • A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment.
  • Should be interested in developing their professional network through participation in technology user groups, networking events, and technology organizations.
  • Must demonstrate a willingness to put in extra effort (extended work hours, participate in events outside of standard working hours) for Clients, Partners, and personal growth.
  • Be a great team member and support the development of others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities judiciously.
  • Strong commitment to customer service, employee efficiency, and company growth.
