Job Description:

Experience & Background:

8+ years of total IT experience, with
5+ years in Salesforce development
(Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components)
2+ years of experience in a Technical Lead or similar leadership role
Hands-on experience with
Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud
, or other Salesforce products
Strong integration experience using
MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs
, or equivalent tools
Salesforce certifications
(Platform Developer, CTA, or others) are highly desirable

Key Skills:

Expertise in
Salesforce best practices
, architecture, and scalable design
Strong command over
Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce
, and Salesforce integration tools
Experience with
Agile methodologies
and
DevOps practices
(CI/CD, version control)
Proven ability to
lead and mentor development teams
, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
skills
Ability to manage
multiple priorities
in a fast-paced environment
