Role Description Location: Jaipur (Hybrid with work-from-home flexibility) Employment Type: Full-timeWe're looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead who thrives at the intersection of technical excellence and strategic thinking. You'll architect enterprise-grade solutions, lead talented teams, and tackle the kind of complex challenges that keep founders up at night, then help them sleep better. In this role, you'll: Lead from the front: Design and deliver scalable Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce Bridge business and tech: Transform stakeholder requirements into elegant technical architectures that actually work Elevate the team: Mentor developers and admins, conduct meaningful code reviews, and establish practices that raise the bar Drive integration excellence: Ensure seamless connectivity between Salesforce and the broader tech ecosystem Own quality: Champion best practices, maintain code standards, and build solutions that scale You'll collaborate with forward-thinking clients - from ambitious startups to established brands, solving problems that matter and shipping solutions that last. What You Bring? Technical Mastery: Deep, hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Salesforce APIs Proven track record delivering high-performance, scalable solutions in production environments Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns Leadership & Collaboration: Experience guiding technical teams—mentoring developers and empowering admins to do their best work Ability to partner effectively with PMs, consultants, and C-suite stakeholders Talent for translating business ambiguity into clear technical direction Problem-Solving Mindset: Excellent analytical skills with a bias toward pragmatic, outcome-focused solutions Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to make smart trade-offs under pressure Bonus Points: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control (Git) Familiarity with Visualforce (for legacy system support) Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, etc.) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Why MIDCAI?
