Job Summary

Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead Location: Any Tech M location across India Years of Experience: 7 10 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead with extensive experience in software development and a strong focus on Salesforce Integration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high quality software solutions and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions that enhance our Salesforce platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and APIs, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Salesforce integration solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for integration projects. Develop and maintain technical documentation for integration processes and solutions. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development. Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely resolutions. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and integration techniques. Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Salesforce integration best practices. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in Salesforce Integration, including REST/SOAP APIs, Apex, and middleware tools. Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. Experience with Salesforce development tools, including Salesforce DX, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Solid understanding of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Understanding of data integration tools like MuleSoft or Informatica. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7 10 years of experience in software development with a focus on Salesforce integration. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect) are a plus. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
