Salesforce Tech Lead

As the Energy & Utilities Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading our Salesforce and Omnistudio development teams to deliver scalable solutions tailored to industry requirements. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce and Omnistudio solutions, providing technical leadership to the team, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and managing development tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality code. You will be expected to lead projects from inception to completion, staying updated with the latest Salesforce and Omnistudio features, best practices, and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency. Additionally, you will mentor and coach junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, with a strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and Communication/E&U Cloud. You should also have proven experience in Salesforce and Omnistudio projects, a deep understanding of Salesforce and Omnistudio architecture, design patterns, and best practices, proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Omnistudio, and Salesforce integration tools. Having certifications such as E&U / Communications Cloud Accredited Professional, Salesforce Certification (PD1 and/or PD2), Salesforce Industries Omnistudio Developer, Salesforce Industries CPQ Developer, Salesforce Sales cloud consultant, and Salesforce service cloud consultant will be advantageous. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills, along with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, are essential for success in this role.,
