Salesforce Tech Lead - Service Cloud - LWC - Apex - Integration - Data Migration - SFDC Platform - India

Empiric are currently working alongside a global retail leader to find a Salesforce Tech Lead capable of handling a team size of 6 to 8 people working in different geographies. This will be a very hands-on role where the Tech Lead will be expected to be solution focused.

Service Cloud

The Salesforce Service Cloud Cloud Tech Lead should lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers. Design, implement, and deploy Salesforce solutions to meet business processes. Also oversee all technical aspects of Salesforce projects.

Salesforce Sales Cloud Tech Lead knowledge /experience:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce - Technical Lead or similar role.
• Strong in Service Cloud
• Strong in Apex, LWC and Integration
• Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud is a big bonus
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms and modules.
• Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Several Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Certified Technical Architect) are a plus.
• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
• Technically strong and hands on experience
• Previous experience working on a large Salesforce project
