Salesforce Tech Lead

As a Lead Salesforce Developer/Tech Lead at our boutique consulting firm specializing in Salesforce advisory and implementation, your role will be crucial in leading the team to build assets that showcase our potential to clients. You will be responsible for technical design of projects, working on complex modules, conducting code reviews, authoring technical design documents, and providing the most relevant solutions for a given requirement. Additionally, you will handle the entire development life cycle and provide inputs for integrating Salesforce with other cloud and non-cloud solutions. Your independence in working on technical requirements and mentoring team members will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the team in building assets crucial for client showcase - Manage technical design of projects and work on complex modules - Conduct code reviews and author technical design documents - Provide relevant solutions for requirements - Handle development life cycle and integrate Salesforce with other solutions - Work independently on technical requirements and mentor team members Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of overall experience - Minimum 7 years of experience as Salesforce Developer/Senior Salesforce Developer - Expertise in Apex, Triggers, LWC, Flows, Integrations, and Solution Designing - Strong knowledge of Sales, Service, and Experience clouds Immediate joiners or those currently serving notice periods are encouraged to apply for this position based in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Jaipur, or NCR.,
