Salesforce Tech Lead

As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing business, functional, and technical requirements. You will design and create the underlying data structure and data flows to support the application builds, including Custom Objects/Fields, Workflows, Approval processes, Apex Triggers, Visualforce pages, and other Force.com features. Your key responsibilities will include: - Hands-on experience on Force.com Platform, APEX Data Loader, SFDC (Admin, VSF, APEX, and Lightning) and working with Workbench & ANT. - Creating a technical design for the project(s) based on functional and non-functional requirements in accordance with defined architecture. - Acting as a conduit between the customer (internal and external) and the development team, interfacing with stakeholders and business analysts for refinement of stories. - Troubleshooting and assisting the project team(s) by performing code reviews and resolving technical issues. - Demonstrating expertise in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, sprint review, and conducting sprint-end demos to stakeholders. - Promoting reusability and implementing best architectural, design, and coding practices. - Utilizing Object Oriented Programming (OOPs) and JAVA expertise. - Building Salesforce APIs and Web Service enabled applications (SOAP and REST) with a good understanding of Salesforce REST, Enterprise, and Metadata API. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech. (Any Specialization)/ M.Tech. (Any Specialization)/ MCA/ Diploma (A Level/ B Level/ O Level) - Certifications in Salesforce platform (Platform developer 1, Platform developer 2) preferred. Key Skills: - Design and development experience in Salesforce (APEX, Lightning). - Strong understanding of the Salesforce developer toolkit, including object and fields, relationships, custom labels, profile management, field level security, permission sets, custom metadata, triggers, platform events, locker services, REST APIs, etc. - Hands-on experience with a good understanding of Salesforce Lightning Aura and web technologies such as HTTP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Integration of Salesforce with third-party services. - Understanding of SFDC Platform & its best development practices. - Experience with version control tools like SVN, Sourcetree, etc., and IDEs such as Eclipse, Intellij, and Sublime. - Writing functional test cases in APEX & understanding web services of Salesforce.,
