Salesforce Tech Lead

As a Salesforce Developer at our company, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions to support critical business functions and meet project objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions including Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components - Maintaining a flexible and proactive work environment to meet project objectives successfully - Creating seamless integrations between Salesforce and other business applications - Analysing and understanding business requirements, processes, and system capabilities - Making recommendations to improve efficiencies through best practices and standardized procedures - Participating in scheduled and ad-hoc meetings and contributing to project deliverables - Conducting code reviews to ensure system changes meet business requirements and goals - Collaborating with internal team members to design solutions that meet customer business requirements - Designing and implementing custom objects and advanced functionality based on strategic initiatives Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of hands-on experience working on salesforce.com implementations and managed services - Experience in SFDC Platform Design and Implementations - Exceptionally collaborative, flexible, and adaptable when working with customers and various teams - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of relaying technical information to business stakeholders and vice versa - Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills with attention to detail - Strong analysis skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems issues - Proficiency in Salesforce customization, configuration, and development - Working experience with Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and Flows - Working experience of SFDC Lightning and Lightning Web Components - Good understanding of Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and limitations - Prior experience in leading/mentoring teams preferred - One or more Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer 1 or 2) highly preferred - Working experience with 3rd party integrations - Knowledge in JIRA is preferred - Experience working in Agile development environments - Previous experience working on Salesforce AppExchange App development will be preferred Join our team and be part of a dynamic environment where you can contribute to innovative solutions and make a real impact on our projects.,
