Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Provide
L2/L3 Salesforce production support
Support and troubleshoot
LWC, Salesforce Flows & integrations
Manage incidents, changes, and releases using
JIRA & Confluence
Support
CI/CD pipelines
and deployment processes
Follow
SDLC
and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Work closely with global teams during
US business hours

Required Skills

4+ years of Salesforce Support experience
Strong understanding of
LWC, Flows, and Integrations
Hands-on with
JIRA, Confluence
Experience with
CI/CD pipelines
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in
US shift

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have 4+ yrs in Salesforce support with good knowledge of LWC, integrations, and flows. Must be comfortable with JIRA, CI/CD processes, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum, with strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
