Salesforce Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom components
  
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, incidents, and service requests within defined SLAs
  
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues
  
• Support Salesforce configurations such as flows, validation rules, workflows, profiles, roles, and permissions
  
• Assist with minor enhancements, bug fixes, and configuration changes
  
• Work with Apex, SOQL, Lightning components, and integrations to debug issues when required
  
• Coordinate with developers, admins, and business stakeholders for issue resolution
  
• Manage support tickets using tools like Jira or ServiceNow and maintain proper documentation
  
• Support release deployments and post-release validation
  
• Ensure platform performance, security, and data integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Salesforce Support / Application Support roles
  
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (SFDC), including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards)
  
• Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning, and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
  
• Experience handling production support, incident management, and RCA
  
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Jira or ServiceNow
  
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, or Developer) are a plus
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders
  
• Willingness to support business-critical systems in a fast-paced environment
