Role: Sr Lead- Salesforce Location: Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Noida Experience: 7 – 10 Years Job Profile  Experience with Apex, Visualforce and the Lightning Component Framework.  Advanced knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, etc.  Experience with APIs and integrations.  Experience working on an Agile development team.  Experience with software development outside of the Salesforce ecosystem.  Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development  Experience and expertise in core web technologies including HTML5, Javascript and jQuery  Software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Unit Testing)  Software engineering skills with Java SE & EE (Java, JSF, SQL) preferred  Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools  Communications, both verbal and written  Nice to has Financial Services and Insurance domain skills  Demonstrated experience in developing complex solutions and platforms  Understanding of common patterns, frameworks, and reference architectures for FS domain  Ability to lead a team, mentor engineers, and drive technical decision-making.  Excellent problem-solving skills and a startup mindset with a passion for innovation.  Force.com Certified Developer Certification desired  Direct experience working on CRM projects for middle market and enterprise size companies. Soft Skills Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities judiciously Strong commitment to customer service, employee efficiency, and company growth Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities Education Minimum bachelor’s degree preferably with master’s degree in computer science or engineering discipline. 7 - 10 yrs of salesforce development experience.
