Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and relevant experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce Service Cloud projects.
Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Service Cloud.
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement using Salesforce Service Cloud.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and its applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Strong understanding of business processes and how to improve them using Salesforce Service Cloud.

Must have experience on Salesforce Service cloud
Need to have good communication skills
