Job Description

In this role as an Associate Consultant, you will be responsible for testing CRM Salesforce systems with a strong functional expertise. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing and maintaining Salesforce Sales Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and system configurations and integrations - Demonstrating knowledge of Salesforce various Standard and Custom Objects such as Campaign, Lead, Opportunity, Contacts, and Accounts - Conducting Salesforce Integration testing with multiple Cloud Systems like ERP or Procurement applications - Analyzing and creating Dashboards and Reports in Salesforce based on business requirements - Managing User Roles, permission sets, and demonstrating good knowledge of Salesforce Set up Management - Translating business requirements into functional solutions and taking responsibility for the full application architecture process Additionally, you should have exposure to SDLC, Agile methodology, Testing Concepts, and hands-on experience in Functional testing System Integration & UAT. You should be able to independently plan tests, identify test scenarios, design test cases, and execute them. Proficiency in tools like JIRA (ADO, ALM optional) is preferred. A high awareness of software quality, strong analytical, and conceptual skills, along with effective communication skills are essential for this role.
