About the Role

Pre-Sales Lead

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Deal Support


  • Lead end-to-end pre-sales activities for Salesforce CRM opportunities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing modules, Integrations, etc ).

  • Conduct detailed discovery sessions, requirement analysis, and client workshops.

  • Develop compelling solution narratives, value propositions, and ROI models.

  • Prepare and deliver high-impact demos, presentations, solution walkthroughs, and POCs.

  • Own the proposal response process including RFPs, RFIs, estimations, and pricing models.

P&L & Business Growth Ownership


  • Own the

    P&L for the Salesforce CRM practice

    , ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and practice scalability.

  • Shape the annual business plan, forecasting, and sales pipeline contribution.

  • Identify new revenue streams, partnership opportunities, and industry playbooks.

Practice Development


  • Contribute to thought leadership: whitepapers, webinars, events, and customer advisory sessions.

  • Collaborate with Delivery Leads to ensure alignment between proposed solutions and delivery capabilities.

Client Engagement


  • Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level and functional leaders (e.g., CIO, CDO, CMO, Sales Heads).

  • Lead strategic conversations around CRM transformation, roadmap definition, and Salesforce adoption.

  • Understand competitive landscapes and position the organization as a differentiated Salesforce partner.


Required Skills & Experience


  • 8+ years of experience

    in Salesforce CRM consulting, pre-sales

  • Strong understanding of Various Salesforce Clouds like -

    Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud

    , and integration patterns.

  • Proven experience in

    pre-sales, RFP management, solutioning, and proposal building

    .

  • Demonstrated ability to handle

    P&L ownership

    , revenue planning, and forecasting.

  • Strong customer-facing skills storytelling, presentation, negotiation, and executive communication.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Delivery, Marketing, Alliances).
