Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Omnistudio Developer to design and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce Omnistudio tools. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce development and a deep understanding of Omnistudio components such as OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Omnistudio tools.
Design and implement OmniScripts for guided workflows.
Create and configure FlexCards for dynamic user interfaces.
Build and optimize DataRaptors and Integration Procedures for data handling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
Participate in Agile development processes including daily scrums and sprint planning.

Required Skills:

5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, APIs).
2+ years of hands-on experience with Omnistudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards).
Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning Design System.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
