We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) professional with Data Cloud expertise to join our Salesforce practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Data Cloud to enable unified customer experiences and personalized marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end SFMC campaigns (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder).

• Integrate and activate customer data using Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP).

• Build and manage Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Segments, and Calculated Insights in Data Cloud.

• Develop real-time personalization and audience activation strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CRM, analytics, integration) to ensure seamless data flow.

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and ensure data accuracy across platforms.

• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio.

• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) Data Streams, Identity Resolution, Segmentation, Activation.

• Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect or other integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft).

• Good understanding of data modeling, SQL, and API integrations.

• Experience with personalization and audience segmentation strategies.

• Salesforce certifications (SFMC Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, or equivalent) are a plus.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of Einstein AI features within SFMC.

• Exposure to CRM Analytics or Data Cloud Insights.

• Familiarity with Advertising Studio or Mobile Studio.
