Salesforce Marketing Cloud

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Automation team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to facilitate the efficient execution of marketing programs. Your tasks will involve data management, configuration, integrations, and development to optimize the Marketing Cloud automation platform and enhance CBRE communications. Key Responsibilities: - Develop marketing initiatives using the Salesforce marketing automation platform, including activities such as audience selection, triggered send notifications, suppressions, and segmentation - Design new processes or enhance existing ones to align with new marketing strategies - Gather and validate data specifications for campaign information - Support data architecture needs by designing and managing database structure, inbound and outbound data integrations, and APIs - Assist in reporting efforts by manipulating data and integrating with Power BI and Google Cloud Platform - Enforce quality control activities and checks - Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather functional and technical requirements - Analyze requirements and offer best practices in solution design - Contribute to the creation and execution of test plans, strategies, and communications - Manage process documentation - Attend client-facing meetings, document key decisions and action items Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development - Proficiency in data management, configuration, and integrations - Knowledge of database structure design and management - Familiarity with APIs and data manipulation - Ability to gather and validate data specifications - Experience with Power BI and Google Cloud Platform integration In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with regional digital and technology teams, European business units, and the Salesforce Sales Cloud team.
