Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Technology Architect where you will leverage your expertise in SFDC Sales Cloud Lightning Integration and Customization. With a focus on Asset Management Operations and Asset & Wealth Management you will drive innovative solutions in a hybrid work model. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our companys success and contribute to societal advancements.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of SFDC solutions to enhance business processes and customer engagement.
Oversee the integration of SFDC with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
Provide expert guidance on SFDC Lightning and Customization to optimize user experience and system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SFDC solutions to support ongoing maintenance and scalability.
Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality and security.
Mentor and support junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Drive innovation by exploring new SFDC features and technologies to enhance our service offerings.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all SFDC implementations.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower stakeholders with SFDC knowledge and skills.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and enhance user satisfaction.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic roadmaps for SFDC enhancements and upgrades.
Contribute to the companys growth by delivering high-quality SFDC solutions that meet business objectives.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in SFDC Sales Cloud Lightning Integration and Customization with proven experience.
Demonstrate expertise in Asset Management Operations and Asset & Wealth Management as a valuable asset.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Show proficiency in developing and implementing scalable SFDC solutions that align with business goals.
Have a track record of successful SFDC project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
