Job Description: Salesforce Lead / Developer SF-Lightning Dev.
Position: Salesforce Lead / Developer Experience: 8+ Years Location: INDIA Employment Type: Full-time/Contract Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead / Developer to lead development and technical delivery of Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations, along with leadership skills to mentor junior developers and ensure high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Develop custom applications, workflows, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages. Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, BAs, and UX designers to implement scalable solutions.Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to Salesforce governance and security standards. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools. Mentor and guide junior developers in technical and process improvements. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and Agile ceremonies. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance. Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of Salesforce development experience. Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP). Experience with Salesforce data model, security model, automation, and declarative features. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools. Salesforce certifications preferred: Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect, or System Architect. Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder communication skills. Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
