Job Description

Technical Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, providing technical expertise and guidance to the development team. Custom Development: Develop and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies to meet business requirements. Platform Configuration: Configure and customize Salesforce platform features including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and approval processes. Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools. Governance and Best Practices: Establish and enforce Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and governance processes to ensure high-quality solutions and maintainable codebase. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, project managers, and other developers to deliver successful Salesforce projects. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including design documents, technical specifications, and release notes. Training and Mentoring: Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to junior developers and team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization
