Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
Define and manage the Salesforce roadmap, strategy, and architecture.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Ensure alignment of Salesforce capabilities with business strategies.

Technical Delivery

Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
Oversee end-to-end Salesforce project delivery including development, testing, deployment, and support.
Perform code reviews and enforce best practices in development and documentation.
Manage data migration and maintain data integrity using Salesforce data tools.

Governance & Optimization

Develop and enforce Salesforce governance policies and best practices.
Conduct regular system audits and prepare for platform upgrades.
Ensure platform stability, performance, and security compliance.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and leverage new features for business benefit.
