Job Description

Key Responsibilities (Depending on Role Level):

Tech Lead:

Lead a team of Salesforce developers and oversee technical delivery.
Ensure adherence to best practices in design, coding, and deployment.
Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in
Salesforce Development & Customization
(Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL).
Strong understanding of
Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
.
Experience in
Salesforce integration
with enterprise applications.
Familiarity with
CI/CD, DevOps practices, and version control (Git/Bitbucket)
.
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, Architect) preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in large, fast-paced BFSI environments.
