Salesforce Functional Analyst- Lead Consultant

As a Salesforce Functional (Senior Business Analyst) at Birlasoft, you will bring your 6-8 years of experience (minimum 4 years relevant in Salesforce) to the table. Your role will be pivotal in driving business success by leveraging your good understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud. Additionally, your expertise in the Automotive or Manufacturing domain will play a crucial role in enhancing our operations. Your responsibilities will include having a solid grasp of Dealer management and Order management related processes. You will also be expected to possess a deep understanding of Salesforce, including basic Salesforce Admin knowledge and its capabilities. Your experience in requirement analysis, fit-gap analysis, and functional design documentation will be instrumental in shaping our processes for efficiency and innovation. Moreover, you will be involved in testing functionalities as per requirements and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users. Your ability to lead or conduct requirements management activities will ensure that changes are well-understood and approved by the appropriate stakeholders. Similarly, your role in solution assessment and validation will guarantee that functional and technical specifications align with the identified business needs. To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of Sales and Service management processes.
