Role Overview: As a Salesforce Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. Your role will require a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering scalable and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain the overall Salesforce architecture strategy to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives. - Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and create detailed architectural designs. - Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts for successful project delivery. - Conduct regular assessments of the Salesforce environment to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to leverage the platform fully. - Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the development lifecycle. - Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Develop and maintain documentation for architectural designs, processes, and procedures. Qualifications: - 12+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation. - Salesforce Architect certification (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect) is highly preferred. - Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for large-scale enterprises. - Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, integration patterns, and security. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Your role will involve a deep understanding of data migration best practices, data integrity, and collaboration with cross-functional teams for a seamless transition. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute data migration strategies and plans from SAP CRM to Salesforce Sales Cloud B2B. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data migration requirements and define technical specifications. - Perform data mapping, transformation, and cleansing for data accuracy and integrity. - Utilize ETL tools and techniques for data migration processes. - Conduct data validation and reconciliation for successful migration. - Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues and discrepancies. - Document data migration processes, procedures, and best practices. - Provide training and support to end-users and team members on data migration processes. - Stay updated with Salesforce and SAP CRM updates, features, and best practices. Qualifications: - 12+ years of experience in data migration with a focus on Salesforce and SAP CRM. - Proven experience in migrating data from SAP CRM to Salesforce Sales Cloud B2B. - Strong understanding of data migration best practices, data mapping, and transformation. - Proficiency with ETL tools and techniques (e.g., Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft). - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer) are a plus.
