Experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows. Experience with Lightning web components, Lightning platform. Experience with CI/CD and Deployment tools. (ie Copado). Experience with providing technical solutions and supporting documentation. Testing and debugging apex code, ensuring quality and performance of the Salesforce application. Experience with mentoring junior members of the team. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect are highly desirable. Identify and resolve software bugs and performance issues. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality software on time
