Salesforce Developer

The purpose of this role is to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications to be deployed at a client's end, ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. You will be responsible for understanding the requirements and design of the product/software, developing software solutions, investigating problem areas, facilitating root cause analysis, and identifying ideas to improve system performance. Additionally, you will analyze client requirements, collaborate with functional teams, and confer with project managers to obtain information on software capabilities. You will also be required to perform coding, determine operational feasibility, develop and automate processes for software validation, modify software to fix errors, and prepare reports on programming project specifications. Ensuring error-free code, compiling timely documentation, and coordinating with the team on daily project status are essential aspects of this role. Furthermore, you will be responsible for status reporting, maintaining customer focus, capturing requirements and clarifications from the client, taking feedback regularly, participating in continuing education, and consulting with engineering staff. You will also document and demonstrate solutions, ensure good quality of interaction with customers, and provide timely responses to customer requests. Performance parameters for this role include continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of software, quality and customer satisfaction, MIS and reporting. Adherence to schedules, on-time delivery, troubleshooting queries, customer experience, and timely MIS and report generation are key measures of success for this role.
