About the Team:

You’ll join the Go-to-Market (GTM) Salesforce Engineering team, part of UKG’s Global Technology organization. This team powers the Account Management and Customer Success functions by designing and maintaining scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions.

The GTM Salesforce Engineering team partners closely with Account Management, Sales Operations, and Customer Success to enhance Sales Cloud and Territory Management capabilities—driving automation, visibility, and data accuracy that help UKG deepen customer relationships and accelerate growth.

About the Role:

As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you’ll develop and enhance Salesforce solutions that enable UKG’s Account Management teams to operate efficiently and strategically. You’ll focus on building Lightning Web Components (LWC), automating workflows, implementing Territory Management, and collaborating across teams to deliver robust and scalable applications.

In this role, you will:

Design, build, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.

Develop reusable, maintainable LWC components that improve usability and productivity for Account Managers.

Configure and optimize Salesforce Territory Management to support account planning, hierarchy management, and territory alignment.

Collaborate with stakeholders across Account Management, Customer Success, and Operations to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using Informatica for ETL, data synchronization, and enrichment.

Support CI/CD pipelines and release automation using Gearset for version control and deployments.

Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.

Apply strong logical and analytical skills to solve complex problems and ensure scalable, high-quality solutions.

Monitor and troubleshoot applications to maintain performance and reliability.

Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, identifying opportunities to enhance platform efficiency.

About You:
Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on Salesforce engineering experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.

Experience configuring and supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and Territory Management.

Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and code quality.

Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using Informatica or similar ETL tools.

Understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and performance optimization best practices.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira and Git.

Experience supporting CI/CD processes using Gearset or equivalent.

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required (Developer II preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced experience developing modular, reusable LWC solutions for enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.

Experience optimizing and maintaining Territory Management structures and data models.

Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and large multi-org environments.

Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.

Ability to think critically, analyze data, and deliver creative, scalable solutions.

About the Role:

As a Salesforce Lead Developer, you’ll drive complex development initiatives across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud. You’ll build modern Lightning Web Components (LWC), mentor team members, and ensure the quality and scalability of Salesforce solutions that power UKG’s go-to-market operations.

In this role, you will:

Lead the end-to-end development of Salesforce features and enhancements using Apex, LWC, and Flow.

Build sophisticated Lightning Web Components (LWC) to deliver intuitive, high-performance user experiences.

Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud to support quote-to-cash and revenue processes.

Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA to deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions.

Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using Informatica for ETL and data synchronization.

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Gearset for version control, deployments, and release management.

Conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and mentor junior developers to elevate team capabilities.

Troubleshoot and optimize applications for speed, scalability, and stability.

Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and emerging best practices, and identify opportunities for platform enhancement.

About You:
Basic Qualifications:

Hands-on experience developing in Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.

Demonstrated expertise configuring and customizing Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud.

Practical experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using Informatica.

Understanding of Salesforce data model, security framework, and performance best practices.

Proficiency in Gearset for CI/CD automation and release management.

Salesforce Platform Developer II certification required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud Consultant certification(s).

Advanced experience designing scalable, reusable LWC components.

Background working in agile environments with strong collaboration and delivery focus.

Strong problem-solving skills and experience leading peer reviews or mentoring other developers.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
