Responsibilities:

Own Salesforce product architecture and set the technical direction with product managers and designers
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce applications (Service Cloud, Omni Channel) • Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk API, and Metadata API • Conduct design and code reviews ensuring alignment with best practices • Enhance system scalability, reliability, and data integrity • Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment using Jenkins • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions • Ensure compliance with change management policies
