Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.
• Design, build, and maintain

  Apex classes, triggers, schedulable and batchable jobs

  , and corresponding unit tests.
• Develop and enhance

  Salesforce Lightning components

  and user interfaces.
• Own and manage integrations between Salesforce and other back-office systems.
• Provide

  system administration support

  for Salesforce environments, including user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflows.
• Implement declarative development using

  Flows, Process Builder, and Workflows

  .
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Work independently as an

  Individual Contributor

  and manage client interactions in customer-facing roles.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with

  Apex triggers and classes

  (schedulable and batchable).
• Strong expertise in

  Salesforce Lightning Interface

  and

  Lightning component development

  .
• Proficiency in declarative tools:

  Flows, Process Builder, Workflows

  .
• Experience in

  Salesforce integrations

  with external systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle client interactions.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to

  shift timings (until noon EST)

  .
• Innovative and creative mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, etc.).
• Experience with advanced Salesforce features like

  Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud

  .
• Exposure to DevOps tools for Salesforce (Copado, Gearset, etc.)
