About the Role SuccessMetrics is looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience developing and configuring applications on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate is PD1, Admin, and App Builder certified, with working knowledge across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio. Consultant certifications in any of the Salesforce Clouds are highly preferred. You will collaborate with architects, business analysts, and product owners to build scalable, maintainable solutions that enhance business processes and user experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple Salesforce orgs in public sector and nonprofit engagements and grow into a senior technical role. ​ Responsibilities ​ C onfigure and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and FlowsB uild and manage OmniStudio components: FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptorsI mplement features across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud based on project needsT ranslate business requirements into technical solutions under the guidance of architectsI ntegrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware toolsD evelop unit tests and ensure code follows Salesforce best practices and performance guidelinesA ssist with data migration tasks and manage data using Data Loader, Workbench, and ETL toolsP articipate in sprint planning, code reviews, and team collaboration sessionsC reate and maintain clear documentation for implemented solutionsR equirements​ 3 –4 years of Salesforce development experience with real-world project deliveryS alesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, and App Builder certifications (Required)A t least one Salesforce Consultant certification (e.g., Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud)H ands-on experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures)P roficiency in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, SOQL, JSON, and standard Salesforce configurationF amiliarity with Version Control (Git), Salesforce CLI, and DevOps workflowsA bility to collaborate effectively in a hybrid, fast-paced, Agile environmentS trong communication skills and ability to explain technical solutions to business usersP referred Qualifications​ O mniStudio Consultant certificationE xposure to Salesforce Public Sector Solutions or Nonprofit CloudE xperience working with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, or other DevOps toolsU nderstanding of Salesforce security model, sharing settings, and field-level accessE xperience with Experience Cloud site customization and dynamic page layouts​ W hy Join Us?A t SuccessMetrics, we’re building a world-class team of Salesforce experts who are passionate about impact and innovation.
