Job Description

Role: Salesforce Developer

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Experience Required: 7+ years (with minimum 5+ years into Salesforce Development)

Preferred Certifications:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
Hands-on expertise in
Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Flows, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using
REST / SOAP APIs
and middleware tools
Participate in end-to-end development lifecycle including design, development, Code reviews, testing, and deployment and production support
Create and maintain
Custom objects, Validation rules, Workflows, Process builders, and Flows
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines
Manage deployments and release cycles using
CI/CD
tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
At least 3+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (
LWC
)
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and standard/custom objects
Familiarity with Salesforce Flows, Omni-Channel, and Case Management
Experience with Lightning Design System (SLDS) and UI customization
Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and deployment tools (Change Sets, VS Code, Git, or Copado)
