Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Developer

to design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions. The candidate will work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and fellow developers to translate business requirements into efficient Salesforce applications and customizations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and unit test
customizations, applications, and integrations
in Salesforce.
Collaborate with team members, BAs, and testers to deliver
scalable CRM solutions
aligned with business requirements.
Develop intuitive user interfaces using
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
and
Aura components
.
Build and maintain
Apex classes, triggers
, and other Salesforce code artifacts.
Leverage
Salesforce Flow capabilities
for process automation, data manipulation, and screen flows.
Apply
Salesforce best practices
, design patterns, and ensure platform limits are respected.
Work with
version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools
to manage releases efficiently.
Support Salesforce administration and configuration tasks as needed.
Maintain documentation and adhere to coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science or related field.
4+ years of experience in
Salesforce development
, including click-and-code solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with
Apex, LWC, Aura, and Salesforce Flow
.
Familiarity with
Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence
, and CI/CD tools.
Salesforce
Developer
certification required; additional certifications preferred.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
