Hiring for Senior Salesforce Developer

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Experience: 5+ years

CTC: Up to ₹28 LPA

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

*Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages

*Lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into well-architected solutions

*Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices

*Collaborate with architects, administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver impactful Salesforce features

*Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and codebase overviews

*Support system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools

*Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and test automation

*Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing and team growth

Qualifications & Skills:

*5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience

*Strong in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows

*Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, sharing & visibility

*Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP/middleware)

*Strong track record of creating scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions

*Salesforce certification: Platform Developer I (required); Platform Developer II (preferred)

*Familiarity with Velocity / Vlocity & Communications Cloud
