Job Description

Active:true , location:Surat , requirements:[Provide L1 Salesforce support: login/access issues, profiles, permission sets, validation errors, page/layout tweaks, list views, and report/dashboard fixes
,Manage user administration: create/disable users, reset passwords, update role hierarchies, and configure queues public groups
,Perform data operations: imports/exports (Data Loader/Workbench), field updates, deduplication, and data hygiene
,Support governance: enforce data quality standards, maintain audit logs, run basic security checks, and ensure backups
,Assist in release/UAT activities: sandbox testing, UAT coordination, release notes, SOPs, and user training
,Proficiency in Salesforce reports, dashboards, and core objects (Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Activity, Case)
,Strong documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
,Bonus: Salesforce ADM-201 certification (or pursuing), knowledge of Flows/Process Builder, ITIL exposure, Jira/Service Desk familiarity
