Salesforce Developer

Job Summary:We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with 46 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong development expertise across Salesforce Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud, with proven skills in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex programming, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. This role requires a solid understanding of declarative and programmatic development, site-building in Experience Cloud, and backend connectivity with external systems. The developer will be responsible for delivering scalable, maintainable, and secure Salesforce solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Develop custom components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
• Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs to support system integrations.
• Configure and customize standard Salesforce features and functionality to meet business requirements.
• Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Work closely with functional consultants, architects, and QA teams to deliver secure, performant solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation as per project standards.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years hands-on development experience on Salesforce platform.
• Proficient in Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud site development.
• Solid experience with Sales Cloud configuration and customizations.
• Expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and named credentials.
• Familiarity with custom metadata types, asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future), and platform events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory); Platform Developer II preferred.
• Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado) and version control (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of security best practices and Salesforce governor limits.
• Exposure to agile delivery methodologies and Jira-based sprint management.
